Activate integrations

1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

2. Search for the relevant integration and select the tile. Then, click Continue to setup.

3. Follow the instructions and complete the necessary details.

4. Click Activate.

Once the integration is active, hiring a candidate in Recruit automatically creates a new employee profile in your talent management system, including their details. Some systems may require additional information at the time of hire, such as the job title or position the candidate was hired for.

Create a custom integration

For Enterprise customers, Recruit offers the ability to create a custom integration using the Recruit Hires API.

Internal mobility

If an employee applies for another position within your company, some HRIS systems may prevent you from “rehiring” the same person.

To handle internal moves smoothly, Recruit offers a way to skip creating a new employee profile when hiring an existing employee.

How to enable this option:

1. In the integration settings, check Allow users who hire to choose not to create new employee profiles.

2. When hiring someone already employed at your company, select the Internal mobility option during the hiring step. This ensures no duplicate profiles are created in your HRIS.

Deactivate the integration

To deactivate an integration:

1. Go to the Apps page.

2. Search for the relevant integration and select the tile. Then, click Continue to setup.

3. Select Deactivate.
