This article covers the integration with the Bob Talent Management module, which automates creating new employees in Bob when hires are made in Recruit.

Prerequisites
You need admin permissions in Bob.
Configure the integration
In Bob, go to Settings > Integrations > Recruitment integration.
Create a key & webhook.
In Recruit, from the left-side menu, go to the Apps page.

Search for Bob, select the tile, then Continue to setup.

Paste the webhook (Bob URL) and the key.
Click Activate.
Working with Bob
👤Role: Recruiter ✧ Recruiter coordinator
For each candidate whose status is updated to Hired in Recruit, a new employee profile is automatically created in Bob, and the mapped fields list is sent to Bob.
After the candidate is hired in Recruit, Bob will initiate an email to complete the hiring process on their side. The timing of this email is managed by Bob, not Recruit.
To verify which details are used in your Bob account or if you have questions about when you’ll receive the email, contact your representative at Bob.
