Only a Paycor Perform HR, Payroll, or Company admin can create the Paycor Developer Portal account required to configure the integration.

Configure the integration

1. Activate Paycor in Recruit

  1. From the left-side menu in Recruit, go to Apps.
  2. Search for Paycor (Beta), select the tile, and click Continue to setup.
  3. Under Internal mobility, choose whether teammates can skip creating a new Paycor employee profile when hiring someone who already works at your company.

Working with Paycor

When a candidate is hired in Recruit, the integration pulls the available employee fields from your connected Paycor account.

Recruit sends the following information to Paycor when creating the employee record:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Department
  • Job title
  • Start date
