Configure the integration
From the left-side menu, select Apps.

Search for Bryq on the list, select the tile, then Continue to setup.
Click Copy the API key to save it to your clipboard.
In your Bryq account, navigate to Company Settings > Integrations, click the Recruit logo, paste the Recruit API key, and click Save.
Return to Apps in Recruit, and click Activate. Your Bryq account is now integrated with Recruit.
Add Bryq to a workflow
👤Role: All teammates with permission to edit positions
In Recruit, click on a position and navigate to the position’s workflow.
Add a new step or select an existing one.
Change the step type to Bryq and select a test from the dropdown menu. Tests displayed here are created in Bryq.
Send assessments to candidates
When a candidate reaches a Bryq step in Recruit:
Click start. This will create the candidate in Bryq, link them to the selected interview type, and send them an email with instructions.
To skip the Bryq step in the candidate workflow, click Mark as completed.
If a candidate completes a myInterview interview, but the step in the flow was skipped (marked complete), the evaluation won’t appear in Recruit. Go to your Bryq account to view the results.
View assessment results
When a candidate passes, fails, or completes an assessment, the step is automatically marked as complete in Recruit. The teammate assigned to the step receives an email that the interview has been completed.
⏰When the step is completed in Bryq, it will take a few minutes to be updated in Recruit.
To view the results in Recruit, navigate to the Evaluation tab in the candidate profile.
Click Open as a user on Bryq.
