EasyHire helps you deliver a better interview experience for everyone. With tools that speed up hiring and support data-driven decisions, EasyHire helps you stay competitive. Configure the integration

1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

2. Search for EasyHire in the list, click the tile, and then Continue to setup.

   

3. Copy the API key.

4. Go to EasyHire, log in with your account credentials, and navigate to your team.

5. In the Integrations tab, paste the API key in the Recruit API key field.

6. Select a Responsible user who will receive all notifications for this account.

7. Navigate back to Recruit and click Activate.

Add EasyHire to your workflow

1. In Recruit, navigate to a position and click on the workflow tab.

2. Add a new step or select an existing one.

3. Change the step type to EasyHire.

4. Select a test from the drop-down menu. The tests displayed here are created in EasyHire.

Send interview to candidates

Once a candidate reaches an EasyHire step, click Start to send an email invitation from EasyHire. The email to the candidate will include the instructions to complete the video interview.

View results

When a candidate completes an EasyHire interview, the step will automatically be marked as complete. A link to the full interview is available by clicking on the EasyHire step in the candidate's workflow.

You can skip an EasyHire step in the candidate workflow by clicking Mark as completed. Links to completed interviews won’t be updated if a candidate completes an EasyHire interview after the step has been marked complete in Recruit.
