Team Me provides AI-powered phone screening to help recruiters qualify candidates faster and more consistently. With the integration between Team Me and Recruit, you can automatically sync job and candidate data, launch screenings directly from Recruit, and keep all progress updated in your ATS.
Configure integration
- In Recruit, click your avatar at the top right and select Apps.
- Search for Team Me, select the tile, then select Continue to setup.
- Choose which positions Team Me can access from the dropdown menu (All positions, Non-discreet positions, or Published positions only).
- Click Copy API Key.
- Log in to your Team Me account and open the Integrations section.
- Select Spark Hire Recruit from the list.
- Paste your API key and follow the on-screen steps to complete activation.
After setup, Team Me will automatically sync positions and candidates from Spark Hire Recruit.
Working with Team Me
Trigger a Team Me phone interview from Recruit
Once connected, you can start a screening interview directly from a candidate profile:
- Open the candidate’s profile in Spark Hire Recruit.
- Open the Team Me widget on the left side.
- Click Send interview invitation.
- The widget will update to Waiting for candidate interview… once the invitation is sent.
What the candidate sees
- The candidate receives an email invitation from Team Me.
- They complete the AI-powered phone interview on Team Me’s platform, at their convenience.
What happens after the interview
- You’ll receive an email titled Candidate Summary Ready when the interview is complete.
- A detailed summary, including strengths, gaps to clarify, and a recommendation, appears automatically in the Team Me widget inside the candidate profile in Spark Hire Recruit.
- You can continue moving the candidate forward in your workflow from there.
