Mokka is an AI assistant for top-of-funnel screening. With a few clicks, Mokka gets you to the top 5–10 applicants — ranked by evidence, not guesswork.

The integration with Spark Hire Recruit allows you to seamlessly sync your jobs and candidates between platforms, launch assessments directly from Mokka, and manage results while continuing your hiring process in Recruit.

Configure the integration

1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

2. Search for Mokka, select the tile, then select Continue to setup.

   

3. Choose which positions Mokka can access from the dropdown menu (All positions, Non-discreet positions, or Published positions only).
4. Click Copy API key and then Activate.
5. Go to Mokka, log in with your account credentials, and go to Manage Roles.
6. Click Connect ATS in the center of the page.

7. On the Select ATS screen, choose Spark Hire Recruit from the dropdown menu and paste in your API key.

   

8. Click Continue.
9. Confirm the status mapping between Spark Hire Recruit and Mokka on the next screen.
10. Save the configuration to enable synchronization. Roles from Spark Hire Recruit will now appear in Mokka.

Working with Mokka

• Jobs and applicants from Spark Hire Recruit will automatically sync into Mokka.
• When inviting candidates to take an assessment, you can select the ATS stage from which candidates should be scored.
• Candidates will receive email invitations from Mokka to complete the assessment.
• Recruiters can review candidate results and rankings directly in Mokka.
• From there, you can continue managing your candidates in Spark Hire Recruit to move them forward in the hiring process.
