Canditech is a platform that allows employers to utilize an existing pool of candidate assessment tests or build tailor-made tests.

Configure the integration

1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

2. Search for Canditech on the list, select the tile, then Continue to setup.

   

3. Copy the API key and Activate.

4. Navigate to Canditech Integrations > Recruit and paste the API key.

Your Canditech account is now integrated with Recruit.

Add Canditech to a workflow

Before getting started

Make sure your account owner or admin has configured the integration.

1. In Recruit, click on a position and navigate to the position’s workflow.

2. Add a new step or select an existing one.

3. Change the step type to Canditech and select a test from the dropdown menu. Tests displayed here are created in Canditech.

Send assessments to candidates

When a candidate reaches a Canditech step in Recruit:

1. Click start. This will create the candidate in Canditech, link them to the selected test, and send them an email with instructions.

2. To skip the Canditech step in the candidate workflow, click Mark as completed.

3. If a candidate completes a Canditech assessment, but the step in the flow was skipped (marked complete), the evaluation won’t appear in Recruit. Go to your Canditech account to view the results.

View assessment results

When a candidate passes, fails, or completes an assessment, the step is automatically marked as complete in Recruit. The teammate assigned to the step receives an email that the interview has been completed.

1. To view the results in Recruit, navigate to the Evaluation tab in the candidate profile.

2. Click Open as a user on Canditech.
