Webcand is a streamlined hiring platform enabling teams to involve all stakeholders in the hiring process. The integration with Recruit enables you to manage Webcand interviews as an integral part of your end-to-end hiring process while leveraging the benefits of asynchronous interviewing:

• Save time & resources

• Store videos with candidates in your pool to make future processes even faster

Configure the integration

1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

2. Search for Webcand on the list, select the tile, then Continue to setup.

   

3. Click Copy API key to copy the API Key to your clipboard.

4. In your Webcand account, navigate to Integrations and paste the Recruit API key, then Save.

   

5. Return to Apps in Recruit, and click Activate next to Webcand. Your Webcand account is now integrated with Recruit.

Add Webcand to a workflow

Before getting started

Make sure your account owner or admin has configured the integration.

1. In Recruit, click on a position and navigate to the position’s workflow.

2. Add a new step or select an existing one.

3. Change the step type to Webcand and select a test from the dropdown menu. Tests displayed here are created in Webcand.

Send interview requests to candidates

When a candidate reaches a Webcand step in Recruit:

1. Click start. This will create the candidate in Webcand, link them to the selected interview type, and send them an email with instructions.

2. To skip the Webcand step in the candidate workflow, click Mark as completed.

3. If a candidate completes a myInterview interview, but the step in the flow was skipped (marked complete), the evaluation won’t appear in Recruit. Go to your Webcand account to view the results.

View interviews

When a candidate passes, fails, or completes an assessment, the step is automatically marked as complete in Recruit. The teammate assigned to the step receives an email that the interview has been completed.

1. To view the results in Recruit, navigate to the Evaluation tab in the candidate profile.

2. Click See on Webcand.
