Integration with LuGo Test

LuGo Test is an assessment platform that helps you evaluate a wide range of technical skills. By integrating LuGo Test with Recruit, you can leverage multiple features:

  • Online Coding Challenges to see how applicants write code, compile, and run it. See how applicants think.

  • Online technical tests for R&D/IT/QA positions covering more than 300 technologies.

  • Secure testing environment featuring webcam and screenshot-based test to ensure genuine answers.

Configure the integration

  1. From the left-side menu, select Apps.

  2. Search for LuGo Test on the list, select the tile, then Continue to setup.

  3. Copy the API key and click Activate.

  4. In your LuGo Test account, navigate to Integrations.

  5. Paste the Recruit API key and click Save.

Your LuGo Test account is now integrated with Recruit.

Add LuGo Test to a workflow

Before getting started

Make sure your account owner or admin has configured the integration.

👤 Role: All teammates with permission to edit positions

  1. In Recruit, click on a position and navigate to the position’s workflow.

  2. Add a new step or select an existing one.

  3. Change the step type to LuGo Test and select a test from the dropdown menu. Tests displayed here are created in LuGo Test.

Send assessments to candidates

When a candidate reaches a LuGo Test step in Recruit:

  1. Click start. This will create the candidate in LuGo Test, link them to the selected interview type, and send them an email with instructions.

  2. To skip the LuGo Test step in the candidate workflow, click Mark as completed.

  3. If a candidate completes a myInterview interview, but the step in the flow was skipped (marked complete), the evaluation won’t appear in Recruit. Go to your LuGo Test account to view the results.

View assessment results

When a candidate passes, fails, or completes an assessment, the step is automatically marked as complete in Recruit. The teammate assigned to the step receives an email that the interview has been completed.

⏰When the step is completed in LuGo Test, it will take a few minutes to be updated in Recruit.

  1. To view the results in Recruit, navigate to the Evaluation tab in the candidate profile.

  2. Click See on LuGo Test.
