Plan: All plans
Role: Owner ✧ Admin (only if they are part of the position Hiring team)
Discreet positions offer a level of confidentiality by restricting access to position details and candidate information exclusively to the position's hiring team and the system owner. These positions are not automatically published on public job boards or the company's careers page. Instead, hiring agencies can be privately selected to source candidates for these roles, maintaining discretion throughout the hiring process.
Set a position to discreet
To set a new or existing position to Discreet:
In Recruit, navigate to the relevant position.
Change the Position visibility to 🔒Discreet.
📝 Note: If the change was performed to an existing and published position, it will be removed from any job boards it was previously published to.
Set the position email to Anonymous
To maintain confidentiality, set the position email to Anonymous when publishing. When publishing, manually post the position on job boards, ensuring you select the option to hide company details. This way, the position remains unassociated with your company page, and no company information is disclosed to applicants.
Navigate to the relevant position.
Click ✉️ Public email (on the same line as the visibility dropdown) and select 🔒Anonymous.
Display your discreet positions
Discreet positions are always displayed at the top of the screen and can be hidden. Keep in mind that if you log out of the system with discreet positions hidden, your choice will be remembered, and they will stay hidden until you choose to display them again.
Interviews for discreet positions
Meetings associated with discreet positions are kept private. This means that only the participants themselves can access the meeting details. On the calendar, these meetings will be displayed as busy, and the pertinent information will be exclusively visible to the participants of the meeting.
