Convert a lead into a candidate

1. Navigate to the relevant lead’s profile and click Convert to candidate. The Convert lead to candidate screen will open.

   

2. For the new candidate, select:

   • In position: Choose a position from the dropdown where you want to add the candidate.

   • Start from step: Decide whether to follow the original workflow for the selected position or choose the specific step where you’d like the candidate to start.

   • Source: Select the appropriate source for the candidate.

     

3. Click Convert.

Bulk convert leads to candidates

1. Navigate to a position and select the leads you want to convert to candidates. For this, you can click the checkmark next to each lead or use Shift + click to select a range.

   

2. Click Convert to candidate in the bulk actions bar above the lead list.

3. For the new candidates, select:

   • In position: Choose a position from the dropdown where you want to add the candidates.

   • Start from step: Decide whether to follow the original workflow for the selected position or choose the specific step where you’d like the candidate to start.

   

4. Click Convert.
