The Activity per Hire report helps you understand the average effort and resources invested in making a hire. This can guide workforce planning and help identify ways to improve hiring efficiency.

What you can do with this report

  • See the average number of CV screens, interviews, and interview hours per hire to understand the effort required for a successful hire.

  • Slice the data by different criteria to spot hiring processes that demand more time and effort.

  • Use past hiring data to forecast future resource needs and balance the workload across your team.

  • Drill down into candidate-level data to identify unusually long hiring processes and understand what caused delays.

The report is divided into the following sections:

  • KPIs – Get a quick overview of key activity per hire metrics.

  • Activity per hire summary - Assess aggregated activity-per-hire data by selected criteria.

This section provides a quick overview of key activity metrics, including:

  • Hired candidates – Total number of candidates hired.

  • CV screens per hire – Average number of completed CV screens per hire.

  • Interviews per hire – Average number of completed interviews per hire.

  • Interviewing hours per hire – Average number of interviewing hours per hire

Activity per hire summary

The Activity per hire summary table breaks down the hiring activity by key metrics, helping you analyze trends and compare resource allocation across different hiring processes.
