The Candidate voice breakdown report helps you understand candidate satisfaction and identify aspects of the hiring process that can be optimized. The period filter is based on the candidate voice questionnaire creation date.

📝 Note: To safeguard candidate anonymity, the Candidate voice breakdown report displays data only when the number of responses is 5 or more.

What you can do with this report

  • Measure candidate satisfaction and identify the positive and negative experiences in the hiring process to understand patterns, draw conclusions, and ultimately optimize your candidates' experience

  • Explore which type of media generates interest in your company to understand how you can boost your employer brand

  • Slice positive response rates by selected criteria to understand, for example, in which positions, departments, or locations the candidate experience was more positive than others

  • Analyze the ups and downs in the percentage of positive responses over time, helping to identify periods of considerable trend changes and understand what caused such shifts

  • Review your company’s NPS score to understand your company's reputation in comparison to the industry benchmark

The report is divided into the following sections:

  • KPIs – Get a glance at metrics relating to candidate experience

  • Candidate voice breakdown trend – Identify trends for candidate experience over time

  • Candidate voice breakdown summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to candidate experience by selected criteria

  • Candidate motivation summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to candidate motivation to apply to your company by selected criteria

  • Completed questionnaires – Review a detailed list of completed questionnaires, including the candidates’ replies to the survey questions

KPIs

By default, this section displays data taken from the current month, featuring the following data:

  • Completed questionnaires – Total number of completed questionnaires sent within the selected period

  • Positive candidate experience – Percentage of candidates who stated they had an overall positive experience out of the total number of candidates who completed a questionnaire sent within the selected period

  • Would recommend the company – Percentage of candidates who stated they are likely to recommend the company out of the total number of candidates who completed a questionnaire sent within the selected period

  • Increased interest – Percentage of candidates who stated their interest in working at the company increased due to the hiring process out of the total number of candidates who completed a questionnaire sent within the selected period

  • Interview preparedness – Percentage of candidates who stated the interviewers were well prepared out of the total number of candidates who completed a questionnaire

  • Relevance of interview questions – Percentage of candidates who stated the interview questions were relevant out of the total number of candidates who completed a questionnaire sent within the selected period

  • Interviewer etiquette – Percentage of candidates who stated the interviewers were treated respectfully out of the total number of candidates who completed a questionnaire sent within the selected period

  • Scheduling – Percentage of candidates who stated they were happy with scheduling and communications out of the total number of candidates who completed a questionnaire sent within the selected period

  • Status updates – Percentage of candidates who stated they felt they were kept updated about their status out of the total number of candidates who completed a questionnaire sent within the selected period

Candidate voice breakdown trend

The Candidate voice breakdown trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Completed questionnaires

  • Completion ratio – Percentage of candidates who completed the questionnaire out of all the candidates requested to participate in the survey

  • Positive candidate experience

  • Would recommend the company

  • Increased interest

  • Interviews Preparedness

  • Relevance of interview questions

  • Status updates

By noticing trend shifts in positive response rates in candidate experience aspects, you can investigate the causes for such shifts, learn from them, and improve your candidate experience accordingly.

The Response breakdown summary table provides aggregated data regarding the total number of responses per question included in the Candidate Voice questionnaire.

Candidate motivation summary

The Candidate motivation summary table provides aggregated data regarding the motive that drove the candidate to apply to a position at your company, featuring the following values:

  • Company’s reputation – Total number of candidates who stated that your company’s reputation motivated them to apply

  • Friend or colleague – Total number of candidates who stated that a friend or colleague motivated them to apply

  • Social media or blog – Total number of candidates who stated that social media or blog content motivated them to apply

  • Other – Total number of candidates who stated that they were motivated by none of the default options

You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields, along with additional relevant fields, such as candidate status and many more.

Completed questionnaire details

The Completed questionnaires details table features a list of completed candidate voice questionnaires, including the default and custom position fields, along with all the questions and answers provided by the candidates, and additional relevant fields such as date questionnaire sent, date questionnaire submitted, and many more.
