The Candidate voice response rate report helps you understand the response rate for the candidate voice survey and allows you to review the questions and respective answers of each completed questionnaire. The period filter is based on the questionnaire creation date.

What you can do with this report

  • Examine the response rate for the candidate voice questionnaire to understand the willingness of candidates to provide valuable feedback

  • Slice the number of completed candidate voice questionnaires as well as the response rate by selected criteria to understand in which positions, departments, or locations candidates are more willing to participate in the survey than others

  • Review the questionnaire answers provided by the candidates in their entirety, including open-text answers, to use candidate feedback to optimize your hiring process

  • Analyze the ups and downs in the number of completed surveys over time to identify periods of considerable trend changes and inquire what caused such shifts

The report is divided into the following sections:

  • KPIs – Get a glance at metrics relating to the candidate voice survey response rate

  • Candidate voice trend – Identify trends for the candidate voice survey response rate over time

  • Candidate voice summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to response rate by selected criteria

  • Completed questionnaires – Review a detailed list of completed questionnaires, including the candidates’ answers to the survey’s questions, both multiple-choice and open text.

KPIs

By default, this section displays data taken from the current month, displaying:

  • Questionnaires sent – Total number of questionnaires sent to candidates within the selected period

  • Questionnaires started but not completed – Total number of questionnaires sent within the selected period that candidates started filling out but have yet to complete

  • Completed questionnaires – Total number of questionnaires sent within the selected period completed by the candidates

  • Completion ratio – Percentage of completed questionnaires out of the total number of questionnaires sent within the selected period

Candidate voice response rate trend

The Candidate voice response rate trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Questionnaires sent

  • Questionnaires started

  • Questionnaires completed

  • Completion ratio

By noticing trend shifts in the volume of questionnaires sent, started, and completed, along with the response rate, you can investigate the causes for such shifts, learn from them, and improve your candidate experience accordingly.

Candidate voice summary

The Candidate voice summary table provides aggregated data relating to the candidate voice survey response rate by the following values:

  • Questionnaires sent

  • Questionnaires started

  • Questionnaires completed

  • Completion ratio

You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields, along with additional relevant fields such as candidate status, and many more.
