The Leads in progress report helps you track and analyze your leads pipeline, providing insight into the volume of leads currently under consideration by outreach status.
What you can do with this report
Review the volume of leads in progress to understand how many leads are under consideration and how far advanced they are in the process.
Monitor the KPIs that highlight leads in different stages in the pipeline, e.g., contacted or responded, to ensure that the conversion processes continue smoothly and without delay.
Slice the data of in-progress leads by various criteria for a more detailed analysis of the lead conversion process.
Examine individual lead data to identify bottlenecks, such as unusually long time to contact or time to respond, and use this information to understand the reasons for the delay.
The report is divided into the following sections:
KPIs – Get a quick overview of key metrics related to leads in progress.
Leads in progress summary – Analyze aggregated data related to in-progress leads by selected criteria.
Leads in progress details – View a detailed list of leads in progress.
KPIs
The KPIs section of this report enables you to quickly evaluate your metrics, appearing similar to the following:
This section displays current data, featuring the following metrics:
Leads in progress – The total number of leads currently considered for candidacy.
Not contacted – The total number of leads currently considered for candidacy who have not been contacted.
Contacted – The total number of leads currently considered for candidacy who have been contacted but haven’t responded yet.
Responded – The total number of leads currently considered for candidacy who have been contacted and have responded but still haven’t been marked as not interested or converted to candidates.
Leads in progress summary
The Leads in progress summary table provides aggregated data of leads who are currently under consideration.
You can slice the data by the selected criteria, including the custom position and candidate fields, along with additional categories such as position, department, Hiring manager, Lead recruiter, seniority, and many more.
When a lead is in multiple processes, it can be counted more than once in the summary table, depending on the selected category. The data appears similar to the following:
