The Apply-to-hire report helps you analyze the duration of the hiring process, measuring the time from a candidate's application to their hire date. Use this data to assess the efficiency of your hiring team and identify potential bottlenecks. The period filter is based on the hire date of the candidate.
What you can do with this report
Review average, median, and maximum apply-to-hire times to understand how quickly your team moves candidates through the process.
Analyze fluctuations in apply-to-hire times to identify patterns and significant changes.
Slice the data by key fields to recognize hiring processes that are unusually fast or slow.
Drill down into candidate-level data to find cases with long hiring timelines and understand the reasons behind delays.
The report is divided into the following sections:
KPIs – Get a quick snapshot of key apply-to-hire metrics.
Apply-to-hire trends – Identify trends for the apply-to-hire metric over time
Apply-to-hire summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to the apply to hire metric by selected criteria
Hired candidates details – view a complete detailed list of hired candidates and their respective apply-to-hire value
KPIs
This section provides a snapshot of key activity metrics based on the selected period. By default, it shows data from the current month, including:
Hired candidates – Total candidates hired within the selected period.
Average apply-to-hire – The average number of days from application to hire.
Median apply-to-hire – The midpoint value of apply-to-hire durations.
Max apply-to-hire – The longest apply-to-hire duration in the selected period.

The Apply-to-hire chart visualizes hiring trends over time, helping you understand workflow patterns. You can filter by different time intervals to track:
