Role: All teammates, depending on your company's configurations


Conduct an overall review of ongoing, as well as concluded, hiring processes with the Highlights report in order to easily analyze past hiring activity and monitor present hiring activity. This report brings together historical and snapshot data.

What you can do with this report

  • Review and assess key data points in order to achieve a quick understanding of the volume and outcome of completed activities and the current status of ongoing hiring processes

  • Delve into the Pipeline section in order to recognize positions that lack in candidates or whose progress rate is below expectations

  • Explore the Workload section in order to better understand the current workload the recruiting team is grappling with and the distribution of said workload among teammates.

  • Examine the Concluded Processes section in order to observe the volume of candidates who have completed their hiring process, either by being hired, rejected, or candidates who decided to withdraw their candidacy

  • Review the Sources section in order to identify the sources from which candidates come as well as the quality of these candidates based on their advancement through the recruitment pipeline

The report is divided into the following sections:

  • Pipeline

    • KPIs – Get a glance at key metrics relating to in-progress candidates

    • Candidates in progress summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to in-progress candidates by selected criteria

  • Team workload

    • KPIs – Get a glance at key metrics relating to he current workload of the recruiting team

  • Completed processes

    • KPIs – Get a glance at key metrics relating to hires, time to hire, rejected, and withdrawn candidates

    • Activity trend – Understand activity trends over time

  • Sources

    • KPIs – Get a glance at key metrics relating to source performance

    • Source performance trend – Identify trends for source performance over time

Pipeline

This section displays snapshot data, which means that it is not affected by the period filter.

KPIs

This section displays current data, featuring the following metrics:

  • Open positions – Total number of currently open positions

  • Open openings – Total number of currently open openings

  • New hires who haven’t yet started – Candidates hired with a future start date, who haven’t started working yet

  • Total candidates in progress – Total number of candidates currently in a hiring process, at any stage or step

  • Candidates in the Offer stage – Total number of candidates currently in the Offer stage

  • Candidates awaiting a decision – Total number of candidates who completed all of the workflow steps and either have to make a decision or are waiting for the company’s

Candidates in progress summary

The Candidates in progress summary table provides aggregated data on in-progress candidates. You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields, along with additional categories such as assigned teammate, step name, step type, stage, and many more.

📝 Note: A candidate involved in multiple processes could be counted more than once in the Summary table, depending on the selected category.

Team workload

This section displays snapshot data, which means that it is not affected by the period filter.

KPIs

This section displays the following metrics:

  • Pending interviews (not scheduled) – Total number of interviews pending scheduling

  • Pending interviews (scheduled) – Total number of upcoming interviews

  • Pending tasks: Advanced Interviews stage – Total number of pending tasks in the Advanced Interviews stage

  • Pending tasks: Offer stage – Total number of pending tasks in the Offer stage

Completed processes

This section displays historical data and is affected by the period filter, which uses the date candidates were hired, rejected, or withdrew.

KPIs

By default, this section displays data taken from the current month, displaying the following metrics:

  • Hired candidates – Total number of candidates hired within the selected period

  • Average & median time to hire (TTH) – Average & median number of days it took to hire candidates from the opening date until their hire date

  • Rejected candidates – Total number of candidates rejected within the selected period

  • Withdrawn candidates – Total number of withdrawn candidates within the selected period

Activity trend

The Activity trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Completed steps – Total number of completed steps

  • Completed CV screens – Total number of completed Go/No-go steps assigned to the Application Screening stage

  • Completed interviews – Total number of completed interviews

  • Completed offers – Total number of completed offer steps

Sources

This section shows historical data, which means it’s affected by the period filter. The filter is based on the date candidates applied or were added.

KPIs

By default, this section displays data taken from the current month, displaying the following metrics:

  • Candidates – Total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected period and were not marked as duplicates

  • Qualified candidates – Total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected period and passed the initial screening step

  • Reached the Advanced Interviews stage – Total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected period and reached the Advanced Interviews stage

  • Reached the Offer stage – Total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected period and reached the Offer stage

Source performance trend

The Source performance trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Applications – Total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected period

  • Candidates

  • Duplicates – Total number of candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected period and were marked as duplicates

  • Duplications (%) – Percentage of candidates marked as duplicates out of all the candidates added to the system within the selected period

  • Qualified candidates

  • Qualified (%) – Percentage of candidates who passed the initial screening step out of all the candidates who applied or were added to the system within the selected period

  • Reached the Advanced Interviews stage

  • Reached the Offer stage

  • Hires
