The Leads overview report helps you understand the effectiveness of converting leads into candidates and analyze the duration of this conversion process over a selected period. The period filter is based on the date each lead was added.

What you can do with this report

  • Review the total number of leads converted into candidates, including the average and individual duration of the conversion process.

  • Assess the efficiency of your lead conversion efforts by examining the time-to-convert and time-to-contact metrics.

  • Analyze changes in the number of conversions, as well as time-to-convert and time-to-contact metrics over time, to identify periods of considerable trend changes and explore their causes.

  • Slice the conversion data by various criteria to evaluate how well the company’s lead conversion goals are being met.

  • Examine the overall effectiveness of the lead conversion process and investigate factors affecting the conversion metrics.

The report is divided into the following sections:

  • KPIs – Get a quick overview of key metrics related to lead conversions.

  • Lead trend – Identify trends in lead conversions over time.

  • Lead summary – Analyze aggregated data related to lead conversions by selected criteria.

  • Lead details – Review detailed information on converted leads, including metrics such as conversion duration and contact times.

KPIs

By default, this section displays data taken from the current month, displaying:

  • Leads added – Total leads added within the selected period based on the lead added date.

  • Converted – Total leads added within the selected period who were converted into candidates based on the lead added date.

  • Not interested – Total leads added within the selected period whose status has been set to “Not interested” based on the lead added date.

  • Leads rejected – Total leads added within the selected period whose status has been set to “Rejected” based on the lead added date.

  • Time to contact (days) – Average number of days from the lead added date to the lead contacted date.

  • Time to respond (days) – Average number of days from the lead added date to the lead responded date.

  • Time to convert (days) – Average number of days from the lead added date to the lead converted date.

  • Leads hired – Total leads added within the selected period who were hired based on the lead added date.

Funnel by outreach status

The Funnel by outreach status chart enables you to identify and highlight outstanding lead conversions by outreach status rates in your hiring process.

Each bar represents a key stage in the hiring process:

  • Leads added – Total number of leads added within the selected period

  • Contacted – Total number of leads contacted within the selected period

  • Responded – Total number of leads contacted within the selected period who responded

  • Converted – Total leads added within the selected period who were converted into candidates

  • Leads hired – Total leads added within the selected period who were hired.

Leads trend

The Leads trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Leads added

  • Converted

  • Not interested

  • Leads rejected

  • Average time to convert (days)

  • Average time to contact (days)

  • Average time to respond (days)

  • Leads hired

By observing trend shifts in the number of leads added and those converted or marked as rejected or not interested, as well as the leads hired, you can investigate the causes of such shifts, learn from them, and improve your hiring process accordingly. The chart appears similar to the following:

The Leads summary table provides aggregated data of lead conversion processes by the following values:

  • Leads added

  • Converted

  • Leads hired

  • Average time to convert (days)

  • Average time to contact (days)

  • Average time to respond (days)

You can slice the data by selected criteria, including default and custom position fields, along with additional categories such as outreach status, converted by, and many more. The summary table appears similar to the following:
