The Management summary report provides a high-level summary of successfully concluded hiring processes, with an emphasis on expected hire data and hired candidates sourced from agencies, active search, and referrals.
What you can do with this report
Review the total number of hires made within the selected period to recognize and evaluate the accomplishments of the recruiting team
Utilize the time-to-hire metric to assess the effectiveness and pace of successfully concluded hiring processes
Explore the volume and percentage of hires made from referrals, agencies, and active search to understand the contribution of these source types to your company’s growth
Analyze the ups and downs in the number of hires, hires by source type, as well as the average time-to-hire over time to identify periods of considerable trend changes and understand what caused such shifts
Slice the hiring data by various criteria to identify the areas in which the recruiting team tends to meet or miss the expected hire date of concluded hiring processes
The report is divided into the following sections:
KPIs – Get a glance at metrics relating to hires by sources, as well as time-to-hire, and time-to-onboard
Hiring trends overview – Identify trends for hires by key metrics and source types over time
Hiring summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to hires by selected criteria
Hires by expected hiring date status – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to hires with an emphasis on expected hire date by selected criteria
KPIs
By default, this section displays data taken from the current month, displaying the:
Hired candidates – Total number of candidates hired within the selected period
Average time-to-hire – Average number of days it took to hire candidates, from the date on which the openings were opened until their hire dates
Average time-to-onboard – Average number of days it took to onboard new employees, from the date on which the openings were opened until the employees’ start date
Hires from referrals – Total number of candidates hired within the selected period who were sourced from referrals
Hires from agencies – Total number of candidates hired within the selected period who were sourced from agencies
Hires from active searches – Total number of candidates hired within the selected period who were sourced from active searches
Hires from internal mobility – Detailed list of candidates sourced from internal mobility based on the candidate hire date
Hiring trends overview
The Hiring trends overview chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:
Hired candidates – Total number of candidates hired within the selected period
Time-to-hire
Time-to-onboard
Hires from referrals
Referral hires % of total hires – Percentage of hired candidates sourced from referrals out of all hired candidates
Hires from agencies
Agencies hire % of total hires – Percentage of hired candidates sourced from agencies out of all hired candidates
Hires from active searches
Active search hire % of total hires – Percentage of hired candidates sourced from active search out of all hired candidates
By observing trend shifts in the number of hires, Time-to-hire, time-to-onboard, and the sources of hired candidates, you can investigate the causes for such shifts, learn from them, and improve your hiring process accordingly.

The Hire Summary table provides aggregated data on hired candidates by the following values:

Average time-to-onboard (days)
Hires from referrals
& of hires from referrals
Hires from agencies
% of hires sourced from agencies
Hires from active search
% of hires sourced from active search
You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields, along with additional categories such as source, source type, and many more.
Hires by expected hiring date status
The Hires by expected status table provides aggregated data of hired candidates based on the expected hire date featuring the following values:
Hired - on time – Total number of openings filled on or before the expected hire date
Hired - delayed – Total number of openings filled after the expected hire date
Hired - no expected hire date – Total number of openings filled that didn’t have a target date
