The Team engagement report helps better understand the volume of tasks completed by the recruiting team and the pace at which these tasks were completed in a selected period. The period filter is based on the date on which the task was completed.

What you can do with this report

  • Review the volume of tasks completed and the number of hours invested in interviews to recognize and evaluate the efforts of the recruiting team

  • Analyze the average number of days it took to complete an interview as well as to submit an evaluation to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process

  • Investigate the ups and downs in the number of tasks completed, as well as the average time it took to complete tasks over time, to identify periods of considerable trend changes and inquire what caused such shifts

  • Examine the hiring process by focusing on metrics such as pass-through rate, time-to-complete, and time-to-schedule to better understand the effectiveness of the recruiting team as individuals or by selected criteria

  • Explore the data at the task level to identify tasks completed after a greater-than-expected number of days and use the additional information available to understand the reasons for the delay

The report is divided into these sections:

  • KPIs – Get a glance at metrics relating to the tasks completed by the recruiting team

  • Completed steps trend – Identify trends for completed tasks over time

  • Completed steps summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to all completed steps by selected criteria

  • Completed interviews summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to completed interview steps by selected criteria

  • Completed steps details – Review a detailed list of completed steps with data points such as Assigned teammate, Date completed, Days to complete, Days to schedule, and many more
