The Source quality report helps you better understand source performance by examining how far candidates from each source advanced in the workflow. The period filter is based on the candidate application or addition date.

What you can do with this report

  • Review the volume of applications received in a selected period and how many of these were marked as duplicates, passed the first screening step, or were hired

  • Investigate the ups and downs in the number of applications, duplicates, as well as qualified and hired candidates over time to identify periods of considerable trend changes and inquire what caused such shifts

  • Slice the number of applications, duplicates, and candidates by various criteria to explore the contribution and effectiveness of your sources

  • Examine the percentage of duplicate and qualified candidates out of the total number of applications received to accurately assess source performance

  • Discover the number of candidates who reached the Advanced Interviews and Offer stages to learn which sources provide highly qualified candidates

The report is divided into the following sections:

  • KPIs – Get a glance at metrics relating to source performance
