The Offers overview report helps you monitor offers that are still pending and review the offer acceptance ratio of concluded hiring processes. The period filter is based on the date the offer was extended to the candidate.

What you can do with this report

  • Review the volume of offers sent and their acceptance ratio within a selected period to understand how many of the offers extended by your company have been accepted

  • Monitor offers that have been sent to candidates and are still pending to check whether the offer processes have concluded without delay

  • Analyze the ups and downs in the number of offers extended and acceptance ratio over time to identify periods of considerable trend changes, and analyze what caused such shifts

  • Slice the extended offer data, including offers sent, accepted, and declined according to selected criteria to recognize and investigate the areas in which extended offers were most, as well as least, successful

  • Examine the data at the candidate level to identify the reasons for withdrawals at the Offer stage

The report is divided into the following sections:

  • KPIs – Get a glance at metrics relating to extended offers

  • Offers trend – Identify trends for extended offers over time

  • Offer acceptance summary – Slice and analyze aggregated data relating to extended offers by selected criteria

  • Offers sent details – Review a detailed list of extended offers with data points such as Offer sent date, Candidate status, Days in process, and many more

KPIs

By default, this section displays data from the current month, displaying the following:

  • Candidates currently in the Offer stage – Total number of candidates in a hiring process that are currently in the Offer stage

  • Offers sent – Total number of candidates who received an offer within the selected period

  • Offers accepted – Total number of candidates who received an offer within the selected period and accepted it

  • Offers pending reply – Total number of candidates who received an offer within the selected period but have not made a decision yet

  • Offers declined – Total number of candidates who received an offer within the selected period and declined it

  • Acceptance ratio – Percentage of candidates who accepted the offer out of the total number of offers sent within the selected period

Offers trend

The Offers trend chart enables you to identify and highlight trend patterns by various time intervals, featuring the following values:

  • Offers sent

  • Offers pending reply

  • offers accepted

  • Offers declined

  • Acceptance ratio

By observing trend shifts in the number of sent, accepted, and declined offers, as well as the acceptance ratio, you can investigate the causes for such shifts, learn from them, and improve your hiring process accordingly.

Offer acceptance summary

The Offer acceptance summary table provides aggregated data of extend offers by the following values:

  • Offers sent

  • Offers pending reply

  • Offers accepted

  • Offers declined

  • Offers revoked – Total number of candidates who received an offer that was retracted by the company

  • Acceptance ratio

You can slice the data by selected criteria, including the default and custom position fields, along with additional categories such as source, source type, and many more.

The Offers sent details table features the default and custom position fields along with additional data points such as offer sent date, candidate status, days in process, and many more.
